Advanced skills in scrub/first assist roles are preferred but not required.
The facility features 6 operating rooms with specified patient ratios.
All cases require a scrub and a circulator, with additional personnel for pump cases.
Documentation is performed using a designated electronic system.
Staffing includes essential roles to maintain operational efficiency.
This is not a training facility, and cases are conducted efficiently.
