Job summary

The CVOR RN position at Cynet HealthStaff supports multiple high-volume CVOR cases in a leading facility. The role demands scrub and circulator expertise, with extensive Cardiovascular Surgery exposure, and a commitment to nursing excellence.

You'll work 13-week assignments, typically 06:00–16:30 shifts, with emphasis on patient safety, teamwork, and adherence to advanced operating room practices. Prior CVOR experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Extensive RN Circulator experience in CVOR procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulator roles in CVOR procedures.
• Assist with CABG, Valve Replacement, TAVR, and related surgeries.
• Documentation in designated electronic system.
• Collaborate with surgical team to maintain efficiency.

Operative cases performed include CABG, Valve Replacement, VAD Insertions, TAVR, VATS, Lobectomy, Pacemaker/AICD Insertions, Septal Myectomy, Ross Procedure, EVH, IABP Insertions, and Femoral Cannulation.

Advanced skills in scrub/first assist roles are preferred but not required.

The facility features 6 operating rooms with specified patient ratios.

All cases require a scrub and a circulator, with additional personnel for pump cases.

Documentation is performed using a designated electronic system.

Staffing includes essential roles to maintain operational efficiency.

This is not a training facility, and cases are conducted efficiently.
