Patient Population:Cardiac and Vascular: CHF, Immediate post-op heart bypass and valves (Cardiac Universal Bed model: Care for Telemetry, PCU, ICU and CV patients)
Patient Ratios:1:4 (Tele); 1:3 (PCU); 1:2 (ICU); 1:1 (Immediate post-op) or unstable ICY patients connected to specialized devices
Number of Beds:20 beds
Department Specifics: Skills leveling, Caring for ICU Devices (Impella, IABP, CRRT, EKOS, lumbar drain); World renown surgeons, magnet hospital, active Unit Based Council.
