Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville is recruiting for RN – NEW Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU), Nights, a 0.9 FTE role. You will start in a structured CVICU development pathway, with clinical training at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville and later transition to Baptist Medical Center South’s CVICU.

This program is designed for experienced acute-care nurses new to ICU, offering hands-on practice, mentorship, and progression into the Fall 2027 CVICU opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS must be obtained within the timeframe established by the ICU Intensive/CVICU Development Program.

Responsibilities

• Begin critical-care development through Baptist Health's ICU Intensive Program.
• Complete clinical training and immersion at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville.
• Train alongside experienced ICU and CVICU nurses and develop advanced cardiovascular nursing competencies.
