Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN - Critical Care (CVICU) in Glenbrook, IL. This full-time role is 36 hours per week, with night hours 7pm–7:30am and rotating weekends, delivering care in a high-acuity CVICU.

License: IL RN required; BSN preferred; BLS/CPR required. Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred, with ECMO or Impella pump experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
