Job summary

Kaweah Health is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader in ICU/CCU to guide clinical care and supervise an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes leadership, patient advocacy, and adherence to ethical standards while delivering high-quality nursing care.

The incumbent will coordinate staffing, oversee patient flow, and ensure safety, documentation and compliance with Kaweah Health policies on an eight-hour or shorter night shift in Visalia, California.

Qualifications

• CA RN license required; BLS; ACLS within one year of hire/transfer.
• Preferred BSN/MSN or RN-BSN in progress.
• Nursing leadership and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership on the unit and mentor staff.
• Monitor patient care and ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee staffing, patient flow, and safety on the night shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support teams to deliver holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality.
