Job summary

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1-year hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with ECMO or Impella pumps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care, coordinate with team members, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and promote safety and quality outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, lead unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality care, and contribute to safety and patient experience.
