Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for the CVICU night shift in Wisconsin. You will provide nursing care for patients after cardiothoracic surgeries, including heart and lung transplants, typically caring for 1–2 patients with potential for 3 based on acuity.
Requirements include an active RN license, a minimum of 2 years in cardiothoracic or acuity-adaptable areas, and AHA BLS/ACLS. Proficiency with NextStage CVVH and telemetry is expected.

Description:This position requires night shifts of 12 hours.The shift hours are from 19:00 to 07:30.Every other weekend and some holidays are required.There is no on-call obligation.Experience in a Cardiothoracic Surgery and/or Acuity Adaptable area is preferred.Telemetry test must be passed prior to starting the position.The nursing team will provide care for patients following cardiothoracic surgeries, heart and lung transplants, and various cardiac medical conditions.Patient assignments typically involve caring for 1-2 patients, with potential for 3 patients if the acuity is low.The unit has a dynamic team structure, ensuring that support is available when needed.Special procedures and complex patient care will be a key aspect of this role.This position requires proficiency in using advanced medical equipment and adhering to safety protocols.The successful candidate must be dedicated to meeting patient and family needs with a focus on high-quality care.
