Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses seeks a Registered Nurse for CVOR Day Shift in Denton, TX. This 13-week contract role runs 7A–7P and focuses on circulating heart surgeries in the CVOR unit. You will work with a dedicated team, ensure patient safety, and document all care activities in the EMR. Prior CVOR circulation experience and an active RN license are required. Job Description

The role involves providing exceptional patient care in the CVOR unit, with a focus on circulating heart surgeries. Successful candidates will be part of a dedicated team, ensuring safety and comfort for patients undergoing cardiovascular operations.

Responsibilities

• Circulate heart surgeries, particularly CABG.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to changing medical conditions.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EMR system for documentation and patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Experience in circulating heart surgeries required.
