Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers with timely documentation.
• Teaches patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver holistic patient care.
• Contributes to quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
