Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is seeking an RN in Critical Care. ADN or higher, active RN license, ICU experience, and ACLS preferred are required or encouraged.

You will rapidly assess critically ill patients, monitor life-support systems, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to develop care plans. Shift options include day, night, and mid; full-time, part-time, and per diem offered. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required.
• Active RN license without encumbrances.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, vitals, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor care for critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid responses and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $61,000 to $130,000 /year
