Incredible Health is seeking an experienced RN to join our Critical Care teams in the Washington, DC area. You will provide high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with physicians and the ICU staff.

Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Strong applicants have ADN or higher, active RN license, ICU experience, and ACLS preferred.

Competenze

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
