Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Bakersfield, CA. Nurses experienced in ICU settings are encouraged to apply across day, night, and mid shifts.

Positions are full-time, part-time, or per diem with benefits including 401(k) and PTO. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, ICU experience preferred, ACLS preferred, and ability to work under stress with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient condition and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Salary: $75,040 to $149,610 /year
