Incredible Health in Tucson, AZ is actively seeking an RN for Critical Care to care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role covers day, night and mid shifts with full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities and includes benefits such as 401(k), medical plans, and tuition assistance.

A valid RN license and ICU experience are preferred. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, life-support management, medication administration, and collaboration with the care

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ICU/CCU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the patient\'s condition and care plan.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Tucson, AZ area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Salary: $61,340 to $100,360 /year
