Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting an RN - Critical Care in the St. Helena, CA area to join a fast-paced ICU team. You will rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and respond to life-threatening events.

The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with opportunities for cross-training and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
