Incredible Health is hiring for an RN - Critical Care in the Napa, CA area. Strong ICU knowledge preferred; ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license required. Night shifts, with full time, part time, and per diem options.

Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $145,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include rapid assessment and management of critically ill patients, life-support oversight, medication administration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.
