Incredible Health is hiring an RN for Critical Care in the Lodi, CA area. The role focuses on rapid assessment and management of critically ill patients with involvement in life-support and emergency responses.

Candidates should have an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with physicians and the care team.

Formación

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Care for critically ill, unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Lodi, CA area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

Availability

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
