Job summary

Incredible Health seeks an experienced RN – Critical Care in Livingston, NJ to rapidly assess critically ill patients and provide high-level life-support care. You will monitor vital signs, operate ventilators and monitors, respond in emergencies, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Livingston, NJ area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to function effectively under stress
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skill
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life‑threatening conditions
• Manage various life‑support systems like ventilation and heart‑monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
