Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring an RN - Critical Care in Harlingen, TX to provide high‑quality care for critically ill patients in a bustling hospital setting. You will rapidly assess patient conditions, monitor life-support systems, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Qualified candidates hold an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and ICU experience is preferred. ACLS is a plus.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions, including vital signs and other parameters, and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift

QUALIFICATIONS
