Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring an RN for Critical Care in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. The role supports patients with high-acuity needs across ICUs, including CVICU and post-op care, with day and night shifts available.

The ideal candidate will have an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS is preferred. Benefits include sign-on, healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill patients and unstable conditions.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and plans.
