Job summary

Incredible Health hospitals in Delano, CA are actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care. Nurses with ICU experience are encouraged to apply, with emphasis on arrhythmia management and high-acuity units in CVICU, post-surgical and neuro ICUs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and treat critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid responses and emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations
• Administer medications and other treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
