Incredible Health in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring a RN - Critical Care to join a high-acuity team. You will monitor critically ill patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

Requirements include ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and 1+ year ICU experience; ACLS preferred. Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time and per diem roles available.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess a patient conditions, including vital signs and other physiological parameters, and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill, unstable, and/or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring and accepting applications in the Elizabeth, NJ area for the following position: RN - Critical Care. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Arrhythmia management, Bariatric, CODE, COVID, CRRT training, CVICU, Care of burn patients, Chest tube, ECMO, External pacemaker, High acuity, Intra aortic balloon pump, MICU, Neuro ICU, Post MI thermo care , Post cardiac surgery care, Post neuro surgery, RRT, SICU, TPA admin, Transplant, or Vascular intervention.

• Shift(s) available: day shift and night shift
• Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
