Job summary

Incredible Health Hospitals in the Austin, TX area are actively hiring for RN - Critical Care. Shifts available: day, night, and mid shift; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.

Qualified candidates will have ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1+ year ICU experience (ACLS preferred). You will work with advanced equipment, contribute to care plans, and support patients and families in high-acuity settings.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year of critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work under stress with strong critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patients' conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor critically ill or unstable patients and respond to changes.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Qualifications
