Incredible Health in San Antonio, TX is hiring an RN - Critical Care to join our hospital partners. The role requires bedside critical care expertise, the ability to monitor unstable patients, administer therapies, and collaborate with physicians to implement care plans.

We welcome RNs with ADN or higher degrees, active licensure, and experience in ICU settings. Various shifts (day, night, mid) and employment types (full-time, part-time, per diem) are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing or higher.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years of experience in a critical care unit (ICU) preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
