Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Master's degree in a human services field.
• 2–4 years of psychiatric crisis experience.
• Experience with chronically mentally ill adults, preferably in a residential setting.
• Clearances: PA criminal history, FBI clearance, and Child Abuse clearance prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the program and supervise unit staff, including Psych Techs.
• Evaluate and assess clients for admission and complete intake assessments for new admissions.
• Provide nursing care, including vital signs, symptom assessment, and medication administration records.
• Manage medical and medication goals within clients' treatment plans, and liaise with physicians.
• Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention.
• Conduct concurrent reviews with CBH and complete all required documentation.
• Link clients with social services, housing, and health resources.
• Participate in on-call coverage.
