Citizen Advocates in Watertown, NY, seeks a Program Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the OMH 589 Crisis Residence, overseeing admissions, staffing, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement to ensure safe, recovery‑oriented services.

This role partners with nursing, clinical, and administrative leaders to maintain compliance with OMH and CARF, drive patient safety, and sustain an engaged, professional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• New York State Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the OMH 589 Crisis Residence.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, census management, and patient flow.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to safely meet patient care needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using organizational performance metrics.
