You will help ensure safe, evidence-based care and oversee the crisis unit's day-to-day operations. The role requires a master's degree in a mental health field or an RN with crisis experience, current screener certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Master's (MA/MS) degree in a mental health field; OR RN license with crisis experience.
• Current screener certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Hold primary responsibility for efficient day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered.
• Provide supervision and coaching to direct care staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
