Health Advocates Network, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Ridgeville, South Carolina. The local pay is $47.50 per hour (W2).

This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting, with day and night shifts available and a focus on safety and compliance. Responsibilities include assessing health conditions, administering medications, coordinating with physicians, and educating patients and families.

Formación

• SC license/certification valid and unrestricted, in good standing, as required for RN role.
• Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of RN experience.
• Copy of Primary Source Verification (PSV) if required by licensing board.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test).

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.

Shift Details:

• Start Date: 10/26/2026
• Day Shift: 6.00am- 7.00pm
• Night Shift: 7.00pm- 6.00am

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted South Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1+ year within the last 3 years of recent experience as a RN
• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,..)
