Job summary

Health Advocates Network invites a Registered Nurse to Buena Vista, Colorado for night shifts on four 10-hour shifts per week. You will assess patients, administer meds, monitor progress and maintain EMR with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current, valid CO nursing license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience within the last 3 years.
• Copy of PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR records and promote safety and quality outcomes.

Shift Details:

• Night shift, 08.00pm -06.00am, four 10-hour shifts per week.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestrictedCO license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
• Minimum of 1 year/sof recent experience as aRN within the last 3 years.
• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,...)
