How you make a difference

As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse and other staff as needed.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as required.
• Count controlled substances and apply clinical and technical aspects of care per policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using the SOAP charting format; attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare supervisory personnel as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

Experience

• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of clinic experience.

Licenses / Certifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Additional Details

0.9 FTE – Day shift. Three 12‑hour shifts weekly (06:30‑19:00). Rotating weekend and holiday schedule.
