Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (correctional, ER, psych, or med/surg preferred).
• Flexible with scheduling; shifts may change based on facility staffing needs.
• Availability required for holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day).
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medical triage to inmates under supervision.
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as prescribed.
