Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN License (or Compact RN License) required.
• Current CPR / BLS Certification required.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug test.
• COVID-19 Vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted)

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health assessments, triage, and medication administration.
• Respond to urgent medical care needs as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
