This role involves health promotion activities, including screenings at corporate wellness events to promote the organization, its facilities, partner facilities, and physician staff to both corporate clients and the community. You will assist licensed and ancillary team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver health fairs, screenings, and health education events. You will provide care, clinical expertise, and education for screening participants, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. You will also maintain involvement in activities aligned with the department’s strategic goals, uphold professional responsibility, and support the company's nursing philosophy.

Education
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Work Experience
  • Required: 3 years of nursing experience.
Certifications
  • Required: Current RN license in the state of practice.
  • Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to embrace concepts that enhance customer satisfaction and employee morale.
Job Duties
  • Conduct health promotion activities, including screenings at corporate wellness events.
  • Maintain professional development, clinical knowledge, and credentials.
  • Participate in projects to improve service quality in health care events and promotions.
  • Assess clients’ health status using clinical skills and provide appropriate care.
  • Assess learning needs and implement suitable teaching strategies for diverse populations.
  • Adapt communication and behavior to respect privacy and cultural differences.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to ethical practices. Physical demands include medium work, frequent travel, and exposure to blood and body fluids. Occupational risks include exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
