This role requires a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license and 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse communities, promoting health and wellness through screenings and education.

This role involves health promotion activities, including screenings at corporate wellness events, to promote the organization, its facilities, and partner facilities. The position provides physician staff support to both corporate clients and the community, assists licensed and ancillary team members, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for health fairs, screenings, and education events. The role involves providing care, clinical expertise, and education to screening participants, with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity. The employee maintains involvement in activities aligned with departmental strategic goals and demonstrates professional responsibility and accountability, supporting the company's nursing philosophy.
