Required BSN (MSN preferred) and CT RN license, with at least one year of telemetry nursing experience. CRAT or equivalent certification preferred; strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.

The Registered Nurse in the Centralized Monitoring Unit (CMU) plays a key role in supporting the safe and efficient monitoring of nearly 300 patients’ cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic status. This is a non-direct care position, ideal for a clinically skilled RN with experience in telemetry who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
The RN in this role provides clinical support to a team of Central Monitor Technicians (CMTs), promotes adherence to protocols, and facilitates clear communication with inpatient care teams. This position contributes to the overall quality of care by helping ensure accurate cardiac monitoring, appropriate escalations, and consistent workflow.
BSN required; MSN preferred. One degree must be in Nursing.
