Job summary

The Hospital of Central Connecticut is actively hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for Telemetry units across multiple hours and shifts. We offer Nurse Residency, clinical instruction, and opportunities to practice at the top of your license in a supportive environment.

Current Connecticut RN License is required within 90 days of hire. ASN/BSN graduates with BLS can apply; one-year acute care experience is preferred, but graduate nurses are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License required within 90 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• ASN/BSN.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• One-year recent Acute Care RN experience preferred; Graduate Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in Telemetry units across multiple hours and shifts.
• Practice at the top of the license using research, innovation, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in Nurse Residency and clinical instruction opportunities.
