Job summary

Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga, TN seeks an RN Coordinator to oversee medical care across Supported Living, Residential Habilitation, and Day Services. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8a–4p with an on-call rotation to ensure continuous coverage.

Responsibilities include supervising LPN staff, reviewing MARs, coordinating with physicians, maintaining Plans of Care, and ensuring compliance with DIDD guidelines and billing processes.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred and Tennessee RN license required.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience and two years in a management role.
• Experience with Developmentally Disabled population strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the LPN staff providing skilled care at residential homes.
• Routinely monitor medication administration and MARs; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with physicians, parents, and Circle of Support for health plans.
• Maintain documentation such as Plans of Care (POC) and billing calendars.
• Participate in on-call nursing rotation to provide 24/7 medical support.
