Job summary

Orange Grove Center is seeking an RN Coordinator in Tennessee to oversee medical services at both Supported Living and Residential Habilitation sites. You will supervise LPNs, review MARs, and ensure accurate nursing documentation and billing calendars.

You will participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 medical support and collaborate with physicians, parents, and staff to maintain high-quality care. A BSN is preferred and an active Tennessee RN license is required.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Tennessee RN license required.
• Minimum five years nursing experience and two years management experience.
• Experience with Developmentally Disabled population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the LPN staff and oversee medication administration.
• Review MARs monthly for errors and ensure proper orders.
• Coordinate on-call nursing coverage to support 24/7 medical needs.
• Create and maintain Plans of Care (POC) for billable nursing units.
• Maintain documentation of RN delegations and certifications.
