Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a RN Contractor for Med Surg Tele Float Pool at Southwest Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, with a day shift and pay rate of $65/hr. The role involves floating to units as needed and participating in on-call status as required.

The RN will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, supervise staff, and mentor non-licensed personnel. A current Oklahoma RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 3 years RN patient care experience in a hospital setting or 1 year with ECMO/LVAD certification.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, or NRP certification as per competency or within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• Float to various units as needed; may participate in on-call status.
• Supervise and coordinate care delivery to licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
