Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC.
• BLS certification required on hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS or PALS or NRP certification based on competency.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using nursing process across units as a float pool RN.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care; document appropriately.
• Supervise and coordinate care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
• Mentor non-licensed personnel and students as appropriate.
• Maintain a safe physical environment and ensure infection control.
