We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with leadership expertise to join our team as consultants providing interim leadership and operational support.
At AHI, you’ll continue to utilize your leadership skills in roles like Director of Nursing (DON), Nurse Manager, RN Support or Director of Health Services (DHS)—but with a difference. While serving in these interim leadership roles, you’ll experience far fewer on‑call demands, with no after‑hours staffing calls. However, as a leader, you may occasionally be contacted regarding significant events within the community. This balanced approach allows you to focus on providing expertise and support without the overwhelming demands of 24/7 availability.
