Job summary

Qualifications

• Four year college degree desired.
• Current RN licensure in the state.

• Two years of healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care and administer medications and treatments.
• Perform nursing assessments and record vital signs.
• Maintain timely documentation and reports of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists and medical staff as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per the care plan.
• Participate in in-service trainings and maintain quality care standards.
