Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on resident care and timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Maintain accurate verbal and written reports and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other medical personnel as needed.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Participate in training sessions and assist with staff mentoring as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
