• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned

• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families
• Participates with team in planning and evaluating nursing care
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition
• Documents patient responses to care
• Maintains safe and comfortable environment
• Assists with unit management or assumes charge as assigned
