You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, document accurately in PCC EHR, mentor peers, and participate in safety and quality initiatives while advancing your professional growth.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English for documentation and safety.
• Fulfill health screenings (TST) as required by state guidelines.
