Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time positions in the United States. Shifts include 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a part-time option also available. We value compassionate care, collaboration, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive team.

RNs will deliver holistic patient care, perform assessments, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes. Proficiency in PCC EHR and adherence to safety and HIPAA standards are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care, post-acute care, rehabilitative, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient English for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care under supervision.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care and discharge planning.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned.
• Maintain PCC EHR documentation with accuracy.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and safety standards.
