Rocky Mountain Care - Evanston is seeking amazing nurses RN to join our team in our beautiful 5 star facility. We offer shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts.

As a RN you will deliver care to residents, assess needs, and develop individualized care plans within a supportive team environment. Join our mission to provide compassionate health care services and contribute to high-quality outcomes for residents.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered Wyoming RN license (compact).
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions.
• Knowledge of nursing/medical practices and long-term care regulations.
• Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Proficient in basic computer use (email).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Positive attitude toward aging population.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer nursing care and monitor resident progress.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff in delivering care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services.
