Qualifications

• Active Wyoming nursing license (RN or LPN) and unencumbered.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary care staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents on a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise CNAs and other care team members in delivering nursing care.
• Document and communicate resident status and changes to the team.
