Highfield Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our caring team in a full-time role. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, supervise staff, and collaborate with physicians to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-centered care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Supervise staff and oversee patient care per standards and regulations.
• Monitor residents, assess symptoms, and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Educate residents and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
