Job summary

Apploi's partner, Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dayton, OH, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for 8-hour shifts. Join a supportive team in a small, tight-knit facility that truly values its staff and your voice.

As an RN you will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident health, document changes, and collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs and families. Ohio licensure is required; a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered; monitor and document changes in residents’ health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Ensure all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are followed.
