Grafton Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Dayton, OH is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join a supportive team under new management. We value your voice and provide a collaborative environment.

As an RN, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and work with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families. Competitive pay, PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k) with company match are offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Ohio.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor and document changes in residents’ health status
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, STNAs, and families
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Ensure all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards are followed
